Workshop Logistics
Confirmation:
Please be advised that your registration is not confirmed until you are contacted by one of our Public Workshop representatives. If you do not receive an email or phone call from us within five business days after submitting your registration form, please contact us at: (617) 234-2750.
Upon confirmation, you will receive a registration packet that includes the workshop schedule, logistics information, hotel recommendations and an invoice (if requested) for registered courses.
Payment and Cancellation:
Payment is required prior to the workshop. We accept personal or company checks and purchase orders. We also accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards. Cancellations received fewer than ten business days prior to the workshop date are subject to the full fee. Transfers to another course fewer than ten business days before the workshop will incur a charge of 25% of the tuition.
Workshop Hours:
The workshops generally run from 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early on the first day to register. Note that the last day of any workshop could end as early as 4:00PM; however, if you must leave at this time or earlier due to travel arrangements, please inform the trainers ahead of time.

Dress:
Very, very casual. Dress for comfort!
