Our Workshops

IISC’s highly engaging and participatory workshops provide individuals with the skills they need to develop personally and professionally and to become catalysts for improving performance, building collaborative cultures, and achieving extraordinary results.

We integrate skills development with conceptual knowledge and experiential learning in order to transfer a broad range of skills, including: facilitative leadership, designing and facilitating change initiatives, facilitation and collaborative problem-solving, and strategic thinking and planning.

We can tailor our workshops–which are designed for flexible use–to meet your unique needs. Our workshops can either stand alone as single “in-house” learning events for staff, board, or others in your organization, or be combined in a broader learning process. For larger organizations, we can license and train you to deliver many of our workshops. Many workshops are also offered to the public on an open enrollment basis.
