IISC’s workshops provide participants with the opportunity to learn and practice the skills and tools of collaboration so that they can do everything from designing meetings to building and running organizations and networks with greater social impact.
Our approach to training is to integrate skills-development with conceptual knowledge and experiential learning so that participants leave our workshops with:
- a conceptual understanding of the particular skills offered in that session
- the ability to put the tools and techniques to work when back on the job
- an experience of “shared responsibility for success” and how it is to work in a truly collaborative environment
Many of our offerings are available on an open-enrollment basis. See the schedule for more information about registering for the following workshops and click on a workshop title for more information about that workshop.
